The event marks the beginning of a new phase of InterCentral's development and signifies Hateco Group's return to the real estate market with the Hateco Property brand, guided by the principle of building trust in the market through execution capabilities and successful implementation results.

Affirming the capacity for synchronized implementation with the city's overarching vision.

The real estate market is entering a more rigorous phase of selection, as buyers become more cautious and pay closer attention to legal aspects, progress, infrastructure, and the developer's capabilities. This is also a time of "trial by fire," when commitments need to be proven by the ability to bring projects to fruition.

In this context, Hateco Property affirms the solid potential of a diversified conglomerate by prioritizing resources for development with a calm and steady approach. A notable point at InterCentral is that the urban area was launched simultaneously with the surrounding infrastructure project, demonstrating that connectivity was incorporated into the development plan from the outset.

The project to complete the technical infrastructure around the Goods Exchange Center has a total investment of over 589 billion VND from the state budget, covering an area of approximately 12.95 hectares. It will create 3 roads with a total length of about 2.7 km, with cross-sections ranging from 25.5m to 40m; with 2 bridges over the Viet Thang canal, and simultaneously invest in drainage, lighting, telecommunications, green spaces, a wastewater pumping station designed with a capacity of 15,800 m³/day and night, and other technical works.

Member of the Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Duong Duc Tuan, emphasized that the outstanding value of the two projects lies in their connectivity and ripple effect. The projects are located in key areas of major transportation routes such as Hoang Sa Street and Vo Van Kiet Street, within the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) urban development zone of the Metro Line 6. In particular, situated within the development space of the Nhat Tan - Noi Bai Axis and the Red River Scenic Boulevard, the projects implemented by Hateco Company play a crucial role in strengthening the links between Vinh Thanh commune and urban areas, service and commercial centers, and important transportation hubs of the city.

Build trust through concrete actions.

To prepare for this official groundbreaking ceremony, Hateco not only completed all necessary legal documents but also proactively implemented internal infrastructure projects and connected them to the general infrastructure of the commune, built the Project Management Office, and a project showroom to provide the most complete, transparent, and visual information to customers and partners.

The project showroom offers an aerial view overlooking the entire project, where clients and partners can witness the actual construction work on site and explore the physical model as well as interactive 3D technology to grasp all the information from the overview to the details of the project.

This demonstrates Hateco's complete confidence in its implementation capabilities and its firm commitment to the project's progress and quality. This confidence comes from a company with over two decades of development, originating in the real estate sector in 2004 and gradually establishing its reputation in industrial park infrastructure, logistics, and seaports.

Prior to InterCentral, Hateco had already built a strong brand in the real estate sector through existing high-quality, modern living complexes such as Hateco Laroma, Hateco Apollo, Hateco Hoang Mai, Hateco Green Park, and Hateco Green City. These completed projects have helped the company accumulate experience throughout the entire process, from construction and product completion to post-handover operation. This also serves as a foundation for the investor to confidently launch a large-scale urban area with multiple functional layers and high standards of integration like InterCentral.

Following the groundbreaking ceremony, Hateco Property is expected to announce more detailed information about the product lines and planned subdivisions of the InterCentral development plan in the near future. This is also the stage where the market can more clearly see how Hateco Property translates these planning directions into concrete projects.
