HATECO LAROMA: SUCCESSFULLY HOLDS AN INAUGURAL APARTMENT BUILDING CONFERENCE

On August 24, 2024, the inaugural apartment building conference was held at Hateco Laroma in Hanoi. The event was attended by representatives of the People’s Committee of Lang Ward, the Investor, the Building Management Board, and representatives of apartment owners, residents, and users of other functional spaces within the building.

The inaugural Apartment Building Conference at Hateco Laroma was convened in full compliance with legal regulations, with the participation of representatives from the People’s Committee of Lang Ward, the Investor Hateco, the Building Management Board, and apartment owners.

The conference drew strong support and broad participation from residents. With a high level of consensus, participants approved key documents and operational frameworks to guide the Building Management Board (BMB) in the future. These included the regulations for organizing the apartment building conference, rules on the election and operation of the BMB, financial regulations on revenue and expenditure, as well as other statutory provisions.

Following a transparent and rigorous voting process, the conference successfully elected the Hateco Laroma BMB, comprising five members – four apartment owners and one representative of the Investor.

Prior to the conference, candidate lists for the BMB were publicly posted on notice boards in the lobby and common areas and were circulated to all residents. This ensured transparency and democracy in the election process, allowing residents to select candidates who are both committed and qualified to safeguard the community’s lawful rights and interests.

After a period of careful preparation and several preliminary meetings with resident representatives and sub-committees, the inaugural Hateco Laroma Apartment Building Conference was successfully organized with overwhelming consensus. Its success not only demonstrated the credibility of Hateco Group and the professionalism of the building’s management unit in adhering to legal obligations and commitments to residents, but also reaffirmed Hateco’s dedication to customer satisfaction, trust, and long-term community development.

With the mandate entrusted by both the Investor and the residents, the newly elected BMB will act on behalf of apartment owners in managing and supervising the building’s operations. Its mission is to ensure that Hateco Laroma evolves into a desirable residential complex, fostering a modern and civilized community.

Going forward, the Investor will coordinate closely with the BMB to advance key tasks such as handing over building dossiers, transferring maintenance funds, and finalizing the delineation of common and private ownership.
