Recently, when storm No. 3 Yagi swept through the construction areas of key projects, Hateco Group also quickly took response measures and coordinated with and supported contractor partners to promptly overcome the situation to stabilize construction.
Accompanying partners - contractors to stand firm after the storm
95% of Hai Phong enterprises and many units in Quang Ninh resumed operations after overcoming the consequences of Typhoon Yagi. In the limited construction conditions such as power outages, water outages, broken communication systems, and lack of food for staff and workers, Hateco Group promptly had plans to support member units to overcome the difficult situation after the storm to ensure operations.
During the day from September 9-11, 2024, the Project Management Board of Terminals 05 and 06 coordinated with construction contractors to activate the on-site generator system, including a system of 20 generators with capacities from 3 KW to 300 KW to serve office areas, worker camps, staff housing areas and to serve the resumption of construction sites.
At the same time, the Project Management Board also brought clean fresh water to reserve in tanks in the area to serve essential needs. Water was supplemented from the Hai Phong City clean water plant transported by 8m3 specialized vehicles, clean water was transported by specialized vehicles to residential areas, worker camps, office areas... with a total capacity of about 200 m3. Hateco Apartment passes quality "test" through storm Yagi
According to the press, super typhoon Yagi made landfall in Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Hanoi with strong winds and heavy rain, causing many seemingly solid high-rise buildings and apartments to have their glass walls blown off, glass shattered, or houses flooded with water... Super typhoon Yagi is a severe test for the quality of current construction projects.
On September 6, when the storm swept through Hanoi, the glass doors of many apartment buildings were blown away and shattered, causing panic among residents. To ensure the sustainability of buildings with glass doors such as apartments, the structural design unit must calculate the structural load-bearing indexes to ensure safety in windy conditions or geological tremors. Many apartments also encountered water seeping through cracks in walls and doors, flooding into the house. This situation in some apartment buildings after a storm cannot be used as a criterion to evaluate the quality of all apartments, but it is also the time when residents in many projects feel more secure with their choice.
For the apartment projects that have been put into use by the Group such as Hateco Hoang Mai, Hateco Laroma, Hateco Apollo Xuan Phuong, residents have given positive feedback on the quality of the apartments and the timely response of the Management Board.

Thank you message on Hateco Apollo Residents group.
During this time, although Typhoon Yagi has passed, the severe consequences of the storm are still present as well as the weather is still erratic, Hateco Group continues to maintain the spirit of readiness to respond to force majeure situations, overcome difficulties in the fastest conditions, in which, the Group always upholds the policy of ensuring human safety as the most important thing, then comes the safety of assets and works. This is Hateco's behavioral culture in production and business, creating Hateco brand reputation for partners, management agencies and employees of the Group.
