HATECO GROUP CONVENES 2025 BUSINESS REVIEW AND 2026 STRATEGIC DEPLOYMENT CONFERENCE
On January 31, 2026 - Hateco Group officially held the 2025 Business Review and 2026 Task Deployment Conference. This pivotal event served as an occasion for the Board of Directors and member companies to reflect on the past journey, evaluate achieved milestones, and align on strategic mindset, objectives, and action plans for the upcoming development phase.
During the program, the CEOs of Hateco Group and the General Directors of member companies presented reports reviewing business and production activities in 2025, highlighting significant achievements across various sectors while identifying challenges amidst market volatility. The reports provided a comprehensive overview of the Group’s overall performance and that of member companies, highlighting key achievements across various sectors while also identifying difficulties and challenges amid ongoing market volatility. These assessments reaffirmed the proactive, flexible mindset and persistent efforts of Hateco’s management and employees in fulfilling assigned tasks.

In conjunction with the executive reports, the Internal Audit & Inspection Board delivered a comprehensive assessment of corporate governance, management, and regulatory compliance across member companies and functional departments. The report pinpointed existing bottlenecks, analyzed root causes, and proposed remedial solutions for the future. This is regarded as a critical component in refining the Group’s governance system, enhancing internal control efficiency, and strengthening discipline throughout the organization.

Delivering the keynote address, the Chairman of Hateco Group acknowledged and commended the collective efforts and accomplishments of the Executive Board, member units, and all employees in 2025. He emphasized the strategic vision, core requirements, and key tasks for the forthcoming period, particularly the imperative to enhance governance capacity, operational efficiency, and proactivity in plan execution.
