HATECO GROUP CONDUCTS 2026 ANNUAL EMPLOYEE HEALTH CHECK-UPS
Throughout September 2026, Hateco Group successfully organized its comprehensive 2026 annual occupational health examination program for all personnel across the Group and its member companies. This recurrent initiative not only provides systematic medical monitoring and preventative care for employees but also serves as a strategic execution of Hateco’s human resources mandate, refining corporate welfare standards and fostering a high-performance workplace environment.
The program was conducted in two phases, on September 7–8 and September 12–13, 2026. The flexible schedule enabled employees to arrange their health check-ups conveniently while ensuring the continuity of operations across the Group’s member companies.
The 2026 annual health check-up program was organized across multiple dates, allowing employees greater flexibility in arranging their schedules.
Proactive Health Screening and Employee Well-being
At Hateco Group, the health and well-being of every employee are regarded as an important foundation for building a strong, resilient workforce. Employee healthcare goes beyond fulfilling corporate welfare responsibilities; it is also an integral part of creating a supportive working environment in which people can perform effectively, develop professionally and contribute to the Group’s long-term growth.
Employees undergo clinical testing as part of Hateco Group’s 2026 annual health check-up program.
Throughout the program, employees underwent a comprehensive range of medical examinations and diagnostic tests designed to assess their overall health and facilitate the early detection of potential health risks.
Key health indicators and vital signs are recorded as part of the comprehensive medical assessment.
In addition to the standard examination package, employees were able to register for additional specialized screenings based on their individual health needs. The extended schedule also provided greater flexibility in arranging appointments, helping minimize disruption to daily work and business operations across the Group.
Specialist physicians provide direct consultations, offering employees professional guidance on their individual health conditions.
Beyond an annual employee benefit, the program encourages greater awareness of preventive healthcare and proactive health management, contributing to the long-term well-being and quality of life of Hateco employees.
Through medical examinations and consultations, employees receive practical guidance to better manage their health and maintain healthier daily habits.
