In meeting rooms, the color red does not merely decorate  and concentrate attention. Small national flags stand neatly on desks; inspirational posters carry distilled messages of duty and solidarity. Internal meetings acquire a different energy: alongside data and deadlines are invocations of collective purpose, of work that belongs to something larger than itself.

Office floors and corridors echo with the same motif. Strings of miniature flags catch the light on glass façades; reflections multiply the scene into a bright tableau. Employees, eyes intent on screens or heads bent together in discussion, wear the red scarf as an outward sign of an inward commitment: patriotism and professionalism, yoked in daily practice.

Hateco’s celebration extends beyond physical settings to the boundless commons of the internet. To mark National Day, Hateco Group released a commemorative 80th-Anniversary visual set, unmistakably Vietnamese in character and launched the campaign “Change Your Avatar for The National Day September 2nd” The call was simple but the response, immediate.

Within hours, timelines on Facebook, Zalo, and LinkedIn bloomed red-and-gold. The color sequence repeated from the Board of Management to mid-level managers, from office professionals to site engineers, from seasoned staff to young collaborators. A million separate pixels formed a single emblem of belonging. In an era defined by speed and distraction, the campaign stitched attention back into a fabric of community.

This was never mere display. The deeper message was unambiguous: wherever Vietnamese people may be on factory floors, in control rooms, in classrooms, or online love of country abides. At Hateco, that abiding love is organized into work: planning that anticipates, execution that delivers, stewardship that endures.

Gratitude to Predecessors, Remembering Our Roots

Not confined to internal initiatives, Hateco Group organized the program “Tribute to Policy Families and Contributors to the Revolution,” presenting meaningful gifts to wounded and sick veterans, martyrs’ families, and policy-beneficiary households.

On 27 August, Hateco Group presented 100 gifts and 12 bicycles to policy families and contributors to the Revolution in Long Bien Ward. 

The gesture is a living testament to the Vietnamese maxim “When drinking water, remember its source,” expressing profound gratitude to those who sacrificed for the nation’s independence and freedom. At the same time, it spreads patriotic spirit, strengthens social responsibility, and nurtures pride among today’s generation.
