PROUDLY VIETNAM – “HATECO: FIRM IN SPIRIT, REACHING BEYOND”
Marking the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (1945–2025) and Vietnam National Day (1945–2025), Hateco Group honors national heritage, amplifies corporate culture, and affirms its commitment to community translating pride into action, and unity into lasting momentum. As the nation pauses to remember a turning point of history, Hateco’s people move in one cadence memory, gratitude, and resolve. The theme “Proudly Vietnam – Hateco: Firm in spirit, Reaching Beyond” is not a slogan hung on a wall; it is a discipline of spirit, a posture of service, and a promise to carry the country’s proud colors into every workplace, every construction site, and every corner of the digital sphere.
A Sacred Red Across Hateco
From the Group’s reception lobby to its member companies, a festive and dignified atmosphere takes shape. Red flags with golden stars, stately banners, and LED walls pulse with the message “Proudly Vietnam – Hateco: Firm in spirit, Reaching Beyond.” First impressions become convictions: hospitality is warm yet ceremonious; purpose is visible before a single word is spoken. Reception staff, red scarves resting on their shoulders like a quiet salute, welcome guests with poised smiles.
In meeting rooms, the color red does not merely decorate and concentrate attention. Small national flags stand neatly on desks; inspirational posters carry distilled messages of duty and solidarity. Internal meetings acquire a different energy: alongside data and deadlines are invocations of collective purpose, of work that belongs to something larger than itself.
Office floors and corridors echo with the same motif. Strings of miniature flags catch the light on glass façades; reflections multiply the scene into a bright tableau. Employees, eyes intent on screens or heads bent together in discussion, wear the red scarf as an outward sign of an inward commitment: patriotism and professionalism, yoked in daily practice.
The inaugural atmosphere across Hateco residents and staff participating with strong, visible support.
Out on project sites, the image sharpens and lifts. Workers in protective gear press on with unhurried determination; engines hum, cranes trace precise arcs, and the red-and-gold flashes against a clean blue sky. Here, pride is measurable in a beam positioned true, in a schedule held, in a standard kept. Every brick, every girder, every pier and road that Hateco builds carries the imprint of national aspiration made concrete.
Across these spaces : lobby, meeting room, corridor, and construction field—the sacred red is not only seen; it is felt. It is a living proof of unity, a continuity of will, and a shared resolve to build a sustainable Hateco inseparable from the country’s prosperity.
Red in Our Hearts – United in the Digital Sphere
Hateco’s celebration extends beyond physical settings to the boundless commons of the internet. To mark National Day, Hateco Group released a commemorative 80th-Anniversary visual set, unmistakably Vietnamese in character and launched the campaign “Change Your Avatar for The National Day September 2nd” The call was simple but the response, immediate.
To commemorate the 80th anniversary of National Day (1945–2025), Hateco Group launched a commemorative visual identity set, contemporary in form and unmistakably Vietnamese in character.
Within hours, timelines on Facebook, Zalo, and LinkedIn bloomed red-and-gold. The color sequence repeated from the Board of Management to mid-level managers, from office professionals to site engineers, from seasoned staff to young collaborators. A million separate pixels formed a single emblem of belonging. In an era defined by speed and distraction, the campaign stitched attention back into a fabric of community.
This was never mere display. The deeper message was unambiguous: wherever Vietnamese people may be on factory floors, in control rooms, in classrooms, or online love of country abides. At Hateco, that abiding love is organized into work: planning that anticipates, execution that delivers, stewardship that endures.
The social-media avatar wave—thousands of profiles aligned in red-and-gold within hours of launch.
Everywhere the national colors came into view—from the profile photos of the Board of Management and line managers to office staff, site engineers, and young collaborators each aligned to a single proud cadence. The digital sphere, lively by nature, became a vivid tableau of unity, affirming the patriotism, the national mettle, and the shared solidarity of the Hateco family.
This initiative is more than a matter of appearances; it carries a deeper message: wherever they may be, patriotism resides in the heart of every Vietnamese. And the people of Hateco are proud to carry that pride further, amplifying it across the horizons of the digital age.
Gratitude to Predecessors, Remembering Our Roots
Not confined to internal initiatives, Hateco Group organized the program “Tribute to Policy Families and Contributors to the Revolution,” presenting meaningful gifts to wounded and sick veterans, martyrs’ families, and policy-beneficiary households.
On 27 August, Hateco Group presented 100 gifts and 12 bicycles to policy families and contributors to the Revolution in Long Bien Ward.
The gesture is a living testament to the Vietnamese maxim “When drinking water, remember its source,” expressing profound gratitude to those who sacrificed for the nation’s independence and freedom. At the same time, it spreads patriotic spirit, strengthens social responsibility, and nurtures pride among today’s generation.
Mr. Trần Quốc Bảo, Deputy CEO of Hateco Group, shared: “We are proud to see our employees wholeheartedly embrace these meaningful activities. This is not only Hateco’s way of celebrating the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, but also an opportunity to instill patriotism and national pride in every member of Hateco. These activities reinforce solidarity and the bonds within our great Hateco family.”
These radiant moments have been carefully recorded—not as trophies, but as testimony. Wherever they go, Vietnamese people carry the Fatherland in their hearts; at Hateco, that devotion is disciplined into deeds.
From Commemoration to Continuity
Anniversaries focus the eye; institutions extend the line of sight. For Hateco, “Confident at Heart, Reaching Beyond” is a strategic ethic: grounded confidence to hold standards under pressure; disciplined reach to lift ambitions without losing balance. The same ethic undergirds the Group’s commitments—to safety and quality on site, to transparency and compliance in governance, to community investment and environmental stewardship in the long run.
Thus, wearing the national colors, changing avatars to celebrate September 2, and honoring policy families are more than seasonal rituals. We have matured into a Hateco signature on major national holidays: unity made visible, pride made audible, responsibility made habitual. In this spirit, every worker is a soldier on the production front, each shift a post, each milestone a pledge redeemed, each completed project a quiet salute to the nation that made the work possible. Hateco attests to the power of unity and to the spirit that “every worker is a soldier” on the production front, joining hands to contribute to the advancement of the enterprise and the nation.
