International Bank for Economic Cooperation IBEC visited and worked at Hateco Logistics

On November 10, a delegation from the International Bank for Economic Cooperation (IBEC) led by Mr. Denis Ivanov - Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBEC visited and worked at Hateco Group and Hateco Logistics Joint Stock Company.

Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Tran Van Ky - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hateco Group, Ms. Tran Thi Le Nga - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hateco Group, Mr. Nguyen Van Duc - General Director of Hateco Logistics and other members of the Board of Directors of Hateco Logistics. 



At the meeting, Mr. Denis Ivanov thanked the warm welcome of the Hateco Group and Hateco Logistics Company. He said that at the time of signing the capital provision for Hateco Logistics, IBEC had great confidence in the effective use of capital in Hateco Logistics' production and business activities and so far Hateco Logistics has fully and flexibly exploited the funded capital. "We are very pleased to see Hateco Logistics growing stronger and stronger, the funded capital has helped Hateco Logistics develop a variety of products and services and create jobs for workers. The funding for Hateco Logistics is the right strategy of IBEC and is the first transaction that IBEC directly funded a private enterprise in Vietnam. That demonstrates the prestige of Hateco Logistics towards an international financial institution". 

At the meeting, the leaders of Hateco Group and Hateco Logistics shared about the diversity of activities and services implemented here. Especially, with the additional funding from IBEC, Hateco Logistics has expanded its operations in the Smokeless Industrial Park - Long Bien Dry Port and other areas related to Hateco's logistics activities. At the same time, they hope to continue to receive cooperation from IBEC in many other activities, including the field of Import and Export, to enhance the development of trade and commerce between Vietnam and the countries that are members of IBEC. 

In addition, the two sides discussed many important contents to prepare for cooperation in the coming time. IBEC expressed its trust and willingness to accompany Hateco in investment activities in Vietnam.

 

Previously, in 2021, the International Bank for Economic Cooperation (IBEC) granted a long-term credit of nearly 20 million Euros to Hateco Logistics Joint Stock Company. This credit will be used to develop and expand logistics infrastructure in Northern Vietnam. This is the first transaction in which IBEC directly financed a business in Vietnam./.
