Hateco Logistics signed a cooperation document with Rent A Port in Belgium

Hateco Chairman Tran Van Ky accompanied Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to visit European countries from October 16, 2018, and signed a Logistics cooperation document with Rent A Port Company on the construction and implementation of a smart bulk port in Hai Phong city - Vietnam.

On the morning of October 16, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese Government arrived in Belgium, starting a trip to attend the 12th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit, the Partnership for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G) Summit, and an official visit to Belgium.

On the afternoon of October 16, local time (evening of October 16, Vietnam time), at Palais d'Egmont Palace, Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel presided over a solemn welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on an official visit to the Kingdom of Belgium.

Accompanying the Prime Minister and his wife, the high-ranking delegation also included Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien, and representatives of enterprises in Vietnam, including Hateco Group represented by Chairman Tran Van Ky.
At the Palais d'Egmont Palace in Brussels, the two Prime Ministers witnessed the signing of many important documents, of which document No. 4 was the "Agreement on cooperation in research and development of a smart bulk port in Hai Phong between Hateco Group and Rent-A-Port Group of Belgium".

The signing of a cooperation agreement with Rent-A-Port (Belgium) marks an important milestone in the development of a stable and long-term logistics strategy of Hateco Group.
