HATECO GROUP VIETNAM’S COMMUNIST PARTY CELL REVIEWS PARTY-BUILDING WORK IN 2025 AND SETS OUT KEY TASKS FOR 2026
On 13 December 2025, the Party Cell of Hateco Group solemnly convened a conference to review Party-building work in 2025 and set out key tasks for 2026. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Long Bien Ward Party Committee, the Group’s leadership, and all Party members of the Party Cell.
As part of the program, the Vietnam's Communist Party Cell announced and presented decisions recognizing official Party membership for probationary Party members who had successfully fulfilled their training period. This important step reflects the Party Cell’s consistent attention to developing Party members, contributing to stronger cadre quality and a more robust Party organization within the enterprise.

The 2025 review report, delivered by Comrade Tran Van Ky , Party Cell Secretary and Chairman of Hateco Group summarized key results and assessed the Vietnam's Communist Party Cell’s leadership and guidance across major areas of work. The report noted many positive outcomes, reflecting the collective efforts of Party members and the dedication of the Group’s employees.

In 2025, the global political and economic landscape remained volatile, while Viet Nam also faced domestic challenges such as storms, flooding, and rising demands for management renewal, placing significant pressure on enterprises. In this context, the Party Cell upheld unity and responsibility, working closely with the Group’s leadership to address difficulties and deliver notable results. Hateco Group continued to strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner for many domestic and international businesses. Key projects were advanced with determination; investment promotion for strategic initiatives was intensified, helping expand scale and improve competitiveness; financial operations remained stable; and employee welfare continued to improve. Cultural, sports, and emulation activities were maintained with strong participation, contributing to a dynamic, cohesive, and professional working environment.
Party-building work was carried out in a coordinated and consistent manner, combining regular political and ideological education, close supervision, and the development of a capable Party-member contingent aligned with the Group’s operational performance. The Party Cell also encouraged improvement initiatives and community activities, helping reinforce a sense of responsibility and strengthen internal cohesion across the workforce.
In 2025, the Party Cell actively took part in emulation movements launched by higher-level Party committees and was recognized for its performance. The Party Cell was awarded the title “Chi bo bon tot” (“Four-Good Party Cell”), while Hateco Group was honored among the “Top 10 Sustainable Development Brands,” further affirming the credibility and growing standing of the Hateco brand.
In 2026, the Party Cell will focus on improving the quality of Party activities, strengthening unity, promoting exemplary conduct, and reinforcing accountability. At the same time, it will continue linking Party work with the Group’s production and business development strategy. In line with major directions and the Politburo’s four new development pillars, the Party Cell will promote innovation and digital transformation, support the role of the private sector, strengthen corporate culture and social responsibility, and continue to drive emulation movements, improvement initiatives, and cultural and sporting activities,creating momentum and deeper cohesion across Hateco Group.

In an open and constructive atmosphere, Party members actively participated in discussions, highlighting achievements from the past year and proposing practical solutions aligned with Hateco’s operational realities in the new phase.

In her directive remarks, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Hang,Standing Deputy Secretary of the Long Bien Ward Party Committee,acknowledged and highly commended the Party Cell’s achievements in 2025, especially its proactive and flexible leadership. She also encouraged the Party Cell to further strengthen leadership capacity, uphold Party discipline and regulations, closely follow the guidance of higher-level Party committees, and continue promoting its role as a political nucleus within the enterprise.
The 2025 Party-building review conference of the Hateco Group Party Cell was conducted with seriousness and concluded successfully, providing a solid foundation for the Party Cell to fulfill its tasks in 2026 and contribute to the Group’s stable and sustainable development in the new period.
