The fire prevention and fighting drill aims to improve fire prevention and fighting knowledge and skills for building residents, the ability to handle fire and explosion situations, practice escape plans of the fire prevention and fighting force at the facility and coordinate fire fighting and rescue of professional fire fighting forces.

At the training session,  residents, fire fighting forces, and units renting premises at Hateco Laroma building were  trained by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department on professional knowledge of fire prevention and fighting , and  were instructed on the use of fire fighting equipment, practiced using fire fighting equipment such as powder extinguishers, gas extinguishers, and participated in a simulated fire drill, which was a fire on the 6th floor of Hateco Laroma building. Immediately after receiving the fire alarm in the fire area, the building's fire fighting force, including: Information Department, Technical Department, Fire Fighting Department, Rescue Department, and Rescue Department, quickly guided residents to move to the stairs and escape outside... The fire fighting force coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department to carry out fire fighting and rescue people trapped in the building to safety. At the same time, they approached the fire area on the 6th floor through the building's wall fire fighting system to prevent the fire from spreading and cool the building structures. Professional firefighters proactively deployed a water spray system to the front of the house, spraying water through overhead booms to prevent the fire from spreading.

The successful training and drill program brought a lot of experience in response and practical experience to residents, fire fighting forces, and units renting premises at Hateco Laroma. Fire prevention and rescue drills are always focused on and organized periodically by the Hateco Laroma Building Management Board to ensure fire prevention and fighting in the building, ensuring absolute safety for people and property of residents, with the desire to create a Hateco Laroma residential area: Security, safety, happiness, and civilization.
