2024: "Joining forces"

In 2024, the political situation in the world is extremely complicated. Risks for businesses are still increasing in the context of reduced domestic and foreign market demand, which is a challenge for the Vietnamese economy in general and Hateco Group in particular. However, with the right and long-term development strategy, Hateco Group has still firmly overcome difficulties and achieved very proud achievements. In particular, the group has also received the Third Class Labor Medal awarded by the party and the state. This is the recognition for a journey of construction and development of Hateco in recent years.

At the conference, Mr. Hoang Dinh Tuan, General Director of the Group, said: "2024 is a breakthrough year for the Group in developing evenly in all 4 areas: real estate, logistics, industrial park infrastructure, and seaports, along with a series of projects that have been approved and are continuing to complete legal work. With 20 years of establishment and development, Hateco Group has affirmed its brand, creating its mark in many localities across the country.".

With the group's logistics services, in 2024, it focused on changing the way of building a business plan. Thanks to positive changes, Hateco Logistics exceeded the assigned plan in both revenue and profit.

For the seaport sector, the Lach Huyen Port No. 5 and No. 6 projects are in the preparation stage for commercial operation. This event marks a remarkable growth step, elevating the group's brand in the long-term development strategy and demonstrating Hateco Group's capacity in the seaport sector.

Sharing at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - General Director of Hateco Hai Phong International Container Port Company (HHIT) could not hide his joy when witnessing and participating in the journey of 3 MILLION SAFE working hours of thousands of people at the port construction site to create a "miracle": "Although the progress was greatly affected by the epidemic, storms, escalating raw material prices, difficulties in transporting oversized and overweight cargoes... but under the close direction of the Board of Directors and the determination of the Management Board, the project still continuously reached the set progress milestones to reach the finish line and put the port into commercial operation in March 2025".

In addition, 2024 is also the year the group completes the legal work of many projects, creating conditions for 2025 to explode with the implementation of a series of large-scale projects in many provinces and cities across the country.

The quality of human resources and the working environment of the group in 2024 will also be improved when the group appoints many senior personnel positions, establishes many new departments to enhance specialization, perfects the organizational structure, and ensures all benefits. The tradition of "Hateco people for the community" continues to spread its value with policies to support the community and local authorities to overcome storms, floods, and natural disasters and stabilize their lives.

2025: "Reaching the horizon"

At the conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Tran Van Ky congratulated, acknowledged, commended, and thanked the sense of responsibility and dedication of the Board of Directors and all employees in 2024.
