In the field of logistics, Hateco Group has successfully built the Hateco Logistics Center ecosystem on the ICD dry port platform, integrating information technology to provide comprehensive logistics services. With these achievements, the Hanoi People's Committee has presented to the Prime Minister and the President the Third Class Labor Medal to the staff of Hateco Group. This is a recognition for Hateco's journey of continuous construction and development over the past 20 years.

The Group also focuses on increasing the application of new technology in various fields and green technology solutions, friendly to the environment. This is an important breakthrough in Hateco's short-term, medium-term and long-term strategy”.

Hateco Group has made its mark in the real estate sector with projects such as Tran Lam Urban Area in Thai Binh City; Hateco Apollo Urban Area, Hateco Green Park, Hateco Green City, Hateco Hoang Mai Apartment Complex; Hateco LaRoma Building... In 2025, the Group plans to launch a number of key projects such as the Smart Urban Area project in Hanoi and neighboring provinces.

Particularly in the logistics sector, Hateco advocates building a 5PL logistics company model, based on the development of e-commerce and modern, efficient and professional supply chain management, promoting the role of an extended arm of seaports, road, air and railway border gates.

In the field of industrial park infrastructure investment, Hateco has cooperated with major domestic and international partners, contributing to promoting the development of many key industrial parks. By cooperating with Ackermans van Haaren Group (Kingdom of Belgium), Hateco has developed infrastructure in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park (Quang Yen, Quang Ninh) with a scale of thousands of hectares, of which millions of square meters of warehouses and industrial factories have been handed over to businesses for production investment. Since then, it has attracted billions of US dollars from investors to Quang Ninh province with a total registered and disbursed FDI capital of 2.5 billion USD, creating jobs for thousands of workers, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development process in the Northern region.

With a strategic vision, Hateco has invested tens of thousands of billions of VND in the Lach Huyen port project, which is the green, smart, modern and largest seaport project in Vietnam, officially marking Hateco on the world seaport map, namely Lach Huyen port number 5 and 6 (Hai Phong) with lightning-fast progress. The project is completing the final stages to put into operation in the first quarter of 2025. At that time, Vietnamese goods can go directly to Europe and America without having to transit at a third port. Thereby, helping to reduce time, costs, and improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese goods.
