Arising from the need to consolidate the executive apparatus, and based on the approved personnel direction, the Board of Directors of Hateco Group issued Decision No. 23/2025/QD/HTC-TCHC dated June 1, 2025, appointing Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh as Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Accounting Hateco Group. Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thuy – Head of the Human Resources and Administration Department – announced the appointment decision

On behalf of the Executive Board, Mr. Hoang Dinh Tuan – CEO of the Group, delivered a speech assigning responsibilities and sharing expectations for the new Deputy CEO. The CEO expressed his confidence that, with her extensive experience in governance and executive leadership in large corporate environments, Ms. Lan Anh’s addition to Hateco’s leadership team will bring a fresh strategic mindset, a spirit of decisive action, and modern governance standards—qualities essential during Hateco’s current phase of transformation.
