Hateco Apollo building management board officially launched

On December 22, 2024, at Hateco Apollo apartment building (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi), Phuong Canh Ward People's Committee held an extraordinary apartment building conference and elected the building's management board for the 2025-2027 term. Attending the conference were representatives of the ward People's Committee, representatives of Hateco Group, the building's operating and management unit, and all owners and users of Hateco Apollo apartments in accordance with legal regulations.

Representative of Phuong Canh Ward People's Committee chaired the opening of the Conference.

With the support and high consensus of the majority of residents, the conference approved important documents and contents serving the operation of the Management Board (MB) such as: regulations on organizing apartment building conferences, regulations on electing the BOD of apartment buildings and other mandatory contents according to regulations.

Residents exercise their voting rights through the operating regulations of the Management Board.

After conducting a serious, public and transparent vote, the conference elected the Board of Directors of Hateco Apollo building with 9 members, including 8 members who are apartment owners and 1 member who is the investor's representative.

Previously, the list of candidates for the Board of Management was publicly posted on the building's lobby bulletin board and common areas, and was also announced to all residents to ensure democratic and quality elections, selecting truly dedicated and qualified people for the building's Board of Management to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of the community of residents.

Hateco Apollo Building Management Board for the 2025 - 2027 term introduced to all residents .

With the close coordination between Phuong Canh Ward People's Committee and the Building Management Board, carried out in accordance with the provisions of law, the Hateco Apollo apartment building conference took place successfully with the high consensus of the residents who elected the building's Management Board. When put into operation, the Management Board will represent the owners of the Hateco Apollo building in the management and use of the apartment building, building Hateco Apollo into a livable apartment building, with an increasingly civilized and modern community of residents.
