At the Congress, delegates listened to the summary report of the 2022-2025 term, the direction and tasks for the 2025-2027 term; the political report of the Party cell, the review of the Party Committee; the election regulations; the personnel plan for the election of the Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term and the election of delegates to attend the Congress at a higher level.

During the 2022-2025 term, the Party cell actively propagated and mobilized Party members and workers in the Group to well implement the Party's guidelines, resolutions, and policies and laws of the State, to well fulfill assigned duties and tasks, contributing to the excellent completion of the production and business plan, and to build a sustainable development of the Group. The Party cell's Party Committee coordinated with the Group's Board of Directors to well implement the State budget contribution, to take good care of the material and spiritual life of workers; actively carry out corporate social responsibility, especially social activities, support for natural disaster consequences, and charity. During the term, the Party Committee of the Party cell has implemented all aspects of Party building work, successfully completed the plans assigned by the Party Committee at higher levels, built a clean and strong Party cell, and successfully completed its tasks, including many outstanding aspects.

Also at the Congress, party members actively contributed ideas to discuss the report in a lively atmosphere with proposals for practical solutions associated with the orientation of the Party and the General Secretary on the New Era - the Era of national rise to create a breakthrough in the leadership of the Party cell for the 2025 - 2027 term.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Dinh Thi Bich Nguyet - Secretary of the Party Committee of Long Bien District Enterprises commended and acknowledged the achievements of the Party Cell of Hateco Group Joint Stock Company in the past term, especially emphasizing the leadership role of the Party Committee of the Party Cell. At the same time, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Block also gave many close instructions to help the Party Cell lead and successfully implement the Congress's resolution in the coming term.

In his closing speech at the Congress, comrade Tran Van Ky - Secretary of the Party Cell accepted the direction of the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc, and on behalf of the Party members in the Party Cell promised to be determined to promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity to successfully complete the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2025 - 2027.
