CEREMONY OF NEW PARTY MEMBER ADMISSION AND HALF-YEARLY REVIEW OF PARTY DEVELOPMENT WORK – HATECO PARTY BRANCH
On the morning of June 26, at Hateco Logistics Conference Hall, the Party Branch of Hateco Corporation held a solemn ceremony for admitting new party members, alongside the Half-Yearly Review of Party Development Work, and the implementation of key tasks for the last six months of 2025.
The admission of new party members is an ongoing and significant task in Party building, contributing to the development and enhancement of the quality and fighting strength of both the Party organization and individual members. The ceremony was attended by distinguished delegates, guests, and all Party members in the branch, alongside one outstanding individual who was honored with Party membership.
The Party Branch of Hateco Group Joint Stock Company conducted the flag-raising ceremony to inaugurate the conference.
The ceremony took place in a dignified atmosphere, in accordance with Party regulations, celebrating the upcoming Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress. The new member admitted was Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Tùng, Project Manager of H6, an exemplary individual with good political qualities, ethics, specialized expertise, and strong determination in his work and life. In front of the national flag, the Party flag, and the portrait of President Hồ Chí Minh, the new member swore an oath of loyalty to the Party's revolutionary ideals and objectives, committing to fulfilling the duties of a Party member and contributing positively to the Party’s and organization’s development.
Mr. Tran Van Ky, Secretary of the Party Branch, presented the admission decision and assigned tasks to the new Party member.
During the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Ky congratulated the newly admitted member, praised the Party branch’s achievements in Party building and member development, and urged the new member to continue striving, enhancing their role, responsibility, and exemplary nature in all activities, ensuring excellence in assigned tasks and contributing to the successful completion of the Company’s political mission.
The Party Branch also congratulated and presented flowers to members who were awarded the 30- and 40-year Party membership badges. Particularly, Mr. Nguyen Biet Hung and Mr. Dao Minh Tuan were honored with the 40-year Party membership badge, recognizing their long-standing contributions to the Party's building and development. This recognition is not only a tribute by the Party organization but also a symbol of revolutionary tradition, lighting the way for the next generations of Party members. Ms. Tran Thi Le Nga was also awarded the 30-year Party membership badge, marking her significant contributions throughout her career. Currently, the Party Branch of Hateco has 32 members, with 28 official members and 4 reserve members, who continue to promote solidarity and contribute to the building of the Party and the enterprise’s development. This recognition is not only an honor conferred by the Party organization but also serves as a noble symbol of unwavering loyalty, resilience, and tireless dedication. It represents a revolutionary flame that continues to inspire Party members both today and in the future.

The conference thoroughly assessed the results of leadership and direction in executing political tasks and Party-building activities during the first six months of 2025, identifying shortcomings, challenges, causes, and lessons learned. Moreover, the conference presented the strategic direction and key tasks for the second half of the year, while affirming the achievements made and agreeing on the necessary actions to implement the most important tasks. The guiding principle for this endeavor is: Unity – Creativity – Proactivity – Harnessing collective strength to accomplish the political tasks of the Party Branch and the specialized departments for 2025 and beyond.

In line with the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on digital transformation and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on the development of the private economy, Mr. Hoàng Vĩnh Bảo, former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information and Communications, delivered an insightful speech on the application of information technology in Party management and operations. Mr. Bảo emphasized the crucial role of technology in improving Party work efficiency, transparency, and modernizing working methods. He praised the Hateco Party Branch for its leadership in applying technology, using the electronic Party member diary to enhance management, monitoring, and development of Party members, meeting the demands of the new era.
These accolades recognize the Party Branch's consistent efforts in applying advanced technology to Party work, particularly in improving organizational management and operational efficiency.This resolution identifies the development of science, technology, and digital transformation as vital drivers for economic and social development. Hateco’s Party Branch has actively implemented IT solutions in Party management and operations, such as using the electronic Party member diary in Hanoi, aiming to enhance Party work and create a modern, transparent working environment. Notably, the Branch was awarded the title of "Excellent Party Branch Model 2024" and "Outstanding Branch in Party Building from 2017 to 2025" by the Long Bien District Party Committee, recognizing efforts in applying technology in Party work.

Notably, Comrade Hoang Vinh Bao, Former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information and Communications, delivered a highly thoughtful presentation on the integration of information technology in Party management and activities. Comrade Bao emphasized that in today’s era of digital transformation, the adoption of information technology in Party member management and Party activities is critical to enhancing the effectiveness of Party work. He also noted that the digitalization of Party processes is essential to modernizing the Party’s operational framework and improving overall efficiency. This resolution affirms the critical role of the private economy in the national economic development. Hateco’s Party Branch has actively participated in initiatives promoted by the District Party Committee and the District Business Party Committee, such as the "Businesses Acting for Urban Environmental Landscape and Digital Transformation" model, demonstrating social responsibility and commitment to sustainable development.
