Representatives of Investor Hateco and the joint venture of contractors Phu Xuan Company and Phu My Company signed the Contract.

The Investment Project for Construction of Wharf No. 5 and No. 6 of Lach Huyen Port Area in Hai Phong Seaport has an investment of nearly 10,000 billion VND, with a scale of 2 wharves with a length of 900 m, receiving container ships up to 18,000 TEUs, meeting the development of trade between Vietnam and countries around the world. This is a key project, having an important influence in the strategy of developing Vietnam's marine economy, ensuring national sovereignty at sea, contributing significantly to the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country. When put into operation, it will be the largest smart and modern container seaport project in the country.
