Hai Phong City Party Secretary surveys berths 5 and 6

The package that Fecon Joint Stock Company has just won is the Package of Design and Construction of Roads and Infrastructure of the Investment Project to Build Wharf No. 5 and No. 6 of Lach Huyen Port Area in Hai Phong Seaport (package PK6) with a value of up to nearly 800 billion VND. The signing ceremony was held in Hanoi with the participation of the Board of Directors and specialized departments between Hateco Group and Fecon Joint Stock Company.

After listening to the representative of Hateco Hai Phong International Port Company report on the progress and implementation of the project, Comrade Le Tien Chau - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee welcomed and highly appreciated the urgent and serious working spirit of the Investor Hateco and the contractors. In the context of the impact of the global economic crisis and the previous Covid-19 pandemic, Hateco still implemented construction at lightning speed, ensuring progress and regulations on labor safety, environmental sanitation and fire prevention. The Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee expressed his confidence that when berths No. 5 and No. 6 come into operation in 2025, they will extend Lach Huyen port area - Hai Phong international gateway port, directly serving industrial parks and bringing export goods from the North directly to European and American markets.
